  • Service refers to all pet transportation, delivery, and related services provided by PETWAYDELIVERY.

Service Agreement

By booking a service with PETWAYDELIVERY, the client agrees to provide accurate information regarding the pet, destination, and any special requirements. The company reserves the right to refuse service if the information provided is incomplete, inaccurate, or violates any applicable laws or regulations.

Booking and Payment

  • All bookings must be confirmed in advance through our official communication channels.
  • Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking. Full or partial payment may be required before service commencement.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed bookings will not be affected by subsequent price adjustments.
  • Additional charges may apply for extended waiting times, special handling, or last-minute changes.

Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service may be eligible for a partial refund.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service may not be eligible for a refund.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • PETWAYDELIVERY reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, vehicle issues, or emergencies. In such cases, clients will be notified promptly.

Pet Health and Safety

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring that their pets are healthy, fit for travel, and have all required vaccinations and documentation.
  • PETWAYDELIVERY will take all reasonable measures to ensure the safety and comfort of pets during transport. However, the company is not liable for health issues, injuries, or fatalities resulting from pre-existing conditions, stress, or unforeseen incidents beyond our control.
  • Aggressive or unmanageable pets must be disclosed at the time of booking. Failure to do so may result in service refusal or additional handling fees.

Liability

  • PETWAYDELIVERY is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
  • The company’s liability for any loss or damage is limited to the amount paid for the service.
  • Clients are encouraged to obtain appropriate insurance coverage for their pets during transport.

Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate contact details and be available for communication during the service.
  • Ensure that pets are properly prepared for travel, including feeding, hydration, and necessary supplies.
  • Be present or have an authorized representative available at both pick-up and drop-off locations.

Privacy Policy

All personal information collected by PETWAYDELIVERY is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Information is used solely for service delivery and communication purposes and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

Changes to Terms

PETWAYDELIVERY reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Tennessee.
